Stucco Repair Projects in Central Florida
Stucco is easy to talk about and hard to judge until you see it. So rather than describe our work, we photograph it - including the middle of the job, when the wall is open and there is nothing to hide behind.
These are real jobs. The photographs are ours, taken on site. We do not use stock images of somebody else's work.

The projects
- Our water damage repair around a gable window project shows failed stucco cut back until the moisture barrier was exposed, then the wall rebuilt and matched. It is the clearest illustration of why water damage is always bigger than the stain.
- Our brick-matched entry column rebuild shows brick coursing hand-tooled into fresh stucco so a rebuilt column matches the wall beside it. There is no product for this. It is done by hand, with a level.
- Porch column rebuild with moisture barrier - columns stripped to the base, weather barrier and metal lath installed, then re-stuccoed. The photographs show the layers you can never inspect once the job is finished.
- Roofline stucco repair and repaint - a full sequence: failure at the eave, cut back to bare lath, rebuilt, then repainted until the repair is invisible.
- Stucco repair after window replacement - closing and texture-matching the openings that new windows leave behind, which is the job nobody quotes for.
What we photograph, and why
Most contractors show you the finished wall. A finished wall proves very little, because a bad repair and a good one look identical for the first year.
What actually distinguishes them is what went on underneath: whether the failed material was cut back far enough, whether there is a moisture barrier, whether the new stucco has lath to key into, whether the cause of the water was corrected or simply covered. So we photograph the middle of the job as well as the end of it, and those are the images worth your attention.
A note on honesty
We do not claim a city for these projects. The photographs carry no location data, and we would rather tell you that than attach a town name to a job to help a web page rank. What we can tell you is what the photographs plainly show: real walls, opened up, and repaired properly.
